What owners say.
Reviews from people who've lived with their Eco Spa through real Canadian winters.
Built to last a lifetime.
"I’ve owned several hot tubs over the years, but this eco spa has truly been the best by far. The product quality is outstanding, and the water stays exceptionally clean with minimal use of chemicals, which is something I really appreciate. The top of the spa is also fantastic—well-designed to seal in the temperature, and it holds the heat incredibly well, making it efficient and comfortable to use especially in Alberta weather. The value of what you get for the price is absolutely exceptional."
"We have had our eco spa now for two years. We have been very happy with it. It is so easy to maintain, and I love the lid, it’s easy for both of us to use. It is always the best part of the end of the day for us. I would have no problem recommending it to people to purchase and enjoy 😊"
"The best tub of the world, in all senses. Trust me, you’ll never regret getting one of those. It’s for life…"
"Working with Elliot and Dustin is great. Very congenial and always willing to help. We got a 4 person spa and it may have been the best purchase for our home ever. Super easy to maintain and use. Would advise anyone looking to talk to EcoSpas."
"After having done extensive research on many different hot tubs nothing compares to the durability and quality of an Ecospa. It is a simple hot tub with an excellent build. The lid is unbelievable and one of a kind! Elliot has been very good at answering all questions during the buying and set up process. If you're looking for a new hot tub. GET THE ECOSPA!"
"I have one in my Calgary home and just bought another for my house in BC. Owned a bunch of tubs in the past and won't ever go back to the old floppy lid tubs!"
Lower bills. Every month.
"Love the lid. It’s so efficient I barely notice it on my power bill. Easy to keep clean with very little chemicals."
"Purchased an ecospa tub from the tradeshow in town, absolutely no regrets. We use it almost every night. I love the hard lids that open to the side and provide some privacy while also blocking the wind. Ours is currently only set up to the 110v and we will be in there for an hour and only drop a couple degrees in temperature. It's very easy to maintain and it gives us exactly what we needed from a hot tub but at a much more affordable price. Highly recommend."
"I bought one for my family and it's perfect for us. Easy to use and our electric bill barely changed. We had a few questions while setting it up and the Eco Spas person in Calgary was quick to help!"
"Great tubs for those that are over the hassle of the big spas! Less water. Less chemicals. Less power. It just makes sense."
"We travel for project work and take our tub with us everywhere. It is very easy to maintain, all of the components are bullet proof and the quality and craftsmanship top notch. Once it reaches temperature it maintains it with little power consumption. My wife calls it a Yeti cooler hot tub!!! Highly recommend one of these great spas!"
Straight answers. Real support.
"Best service ever! Elliot and his crew were awesome to deal with and they provided great service. They are very knowledgeable and took their time with us as customers. We love our tub so much! It was exactly what we were looking for!!"
"As a first time hot tub owner I would highly recommend Eco Spa Alberta. Elliot and team have been amazing to deal with. The sale was very easy and I had everything completed within a couple days. I asked if there was any possibility my spa could be delivered and ready to use by Saturday as I had family coming in from Ontario. To my amazement Elliot delivered it to Spruce Grove on Thursday and we were enjoying our new tub Saturday night. We love everything about the spa especially how easy it is to maintain. It being able to run on 110v and the hard cover is everything it claims to be."
"Our recent addition of a 6-person Eco-spa to our yard was an excellent decision. From our first meeting, Elliot took the time to review the spa features thoroughly and patiently to ensure this was an informed decision. On delivery day Elliot and his team expertly maneuvered and set the unit in its current location. Elliot checks in periodically as to how the spa is operating and if we have any questions. Besides how easy it is to operate and maintain, the hard top cover is attractive and amazing."
"Awesome hot tub and great customer service from Elliot"
"HIGHLY recommend! Quick to meet up, answered all of my questions, walked me through everything and the application for financing took about 30 seconds! It was a great experience. My tub, well I can't say enough about it. I LOVE it!! So easy to set up and feels sooooo good every night."
"Elliot has been incredibly helpful and collaborative. I genuinely enjoyed every interaction. He's always been prompt and honest. The products are excellent, but the service has been better."
A few minutes a month.
"This hot tub is an absolute dream. The water feels fresh and clean, without that overpowering chlorine smell or sticky feeling you get with typical tubs. I always step out feeling relaxed, not like I need another shower. It’s also super low-maintenance, which is such an added bonus. A big shoutout to Elliot, who is the sweetest and most genuine person to deal with. Highly recommend!"
"Me and the family love it. Probably a tenth of the effort I put into my old tub and the service has been great so far. I highly recommend Eco Spas."
"I don’t often write a review but this is one that truly deserves it. If I could I’d give Ecospa 10 stars, I would. Elliot is an absolute gem and such a pleasure to deal with. The hot tub was super easy to set up and the maintenance is simple with very low chemicals, which we love. We’re in it multiple times a week and it never gets old. Highly recommend!"
"My Eco Spa is very easy to maintain and I love the no chemicals and the hard cover. I highly recommend."
Easy to own. Easy to love.
"We bought our Ecospa (3 person) in December and have absolutely loved the ease of which it is maintained. We use it daily to get warmed up for the day (with our coffee of course) and absolutely recommend Elliot and his company for their product and support. Having the ability to move it easily and plug into a regular 110 receptacle makes this tub an ease to own!"
"We love our EcoSpa! It's so easy to operate and maintain. The built in cover is extremely handy and very user friendly. My wife has no problem using the spa on her own. Elliot here in AB was awesome to work with, very knowledgable and answered all our questions and concerns."
"We purchased our EcoSpa 6 person tub. It was our retirement present to ourselves for the new house. We could not be happier with the tub! It is so simple to maintain and as others have mentioned, the chemicals needed are so minimal you never feel it on your skin or smell it when the cover is lifted. We use the tub every day and appreciate the ease of use so much. Elliot was amazing to deal with."
"Every person we have had contact with has been friendly and extremely helpful. Our delivery was at our request and on time. Any questions we've had have been answered quickly. We love the hot tub and it's easy to maintain. Coffee and a book watching the sunrise is the best way to start the day."
"We have owned hot tubs before, but this Eco Spa is the best by far. So easy to maintain and can't rave about the cover enough! So easy to open and close!! Elliott and his team are top notch! Definitely recommend."
