Hot Tubs · Banff & Canmore

Banff & Canmore

Mountain winters, snow loads, and a booming short-term rental market. Our Power-Clamp cover handles the snow. Our HDPE shell handles the freeze-thaw. About $10 to $60 a month to run, depending on the model.

Built for Mountain Living

The Bow Valley has two distinct buyers: Canmore residents who want a hot tub at home, and Banff and Canmore Airbnb and cabin owners who want a hot tub that earns revenue and doesn't fall apart under heavy turnover. Our HDPE shell is the right answer for both. It doesn't blister, stain, or craze under constant guest use. The Bacteria Resistant shell is easier for cleaners to wipe down between guests. The Power-Clamp hard cover with locking straps meets most short-term rental safety requirements.

The hard cover is compressed and held down by patented Power Clamps and is built to carry mountain snow loads. The HDPE shell handles thousands of freeze-thaw cycles without crazing. Owners in Three Sisters, Spring Creek, and the Banff townsite leave their tubs running through ski season without issue.

Across our lineup it's $10 to $60 a month to run, all-in, depending on the model. Mountain altitude doesn't materially change the math — heat loss to ambient is the same equation as Calgary or Red Deer, and the R-40 cover plus R-30 body insulation do the heavy lifting.

Common install scenarios

Most Canmore installs go on existing decks at the Three Sisters, Spring Creek, Silvertip, and Cougar Creek developments. Surfaces need to be level and rated for ~3,500 lb filled. Banff townsite installs often require visual screening — most owners place tubs behind hedges or on rear decks. Mountain driveways are usually fine; we coordinate timing around snow and use rollers for narrow access.
